All the Frills: Loving My Redone Space

Well, this is it – we finally finished moving around/swapping all the furniture and hanging up all our pictures. Getting it all done with Eleanor in the mix was definitely a challenge but I am so happy with the way this little house refresh turned out.

Looking good!!! I love all the white shelving and your gallery walls. I can't wait to do this with my own house (and closet!) Going to be quite a while before that happens though, haha

Your home looks so nice. I like the constant grey. white and black and particularly fancy the floor. Yikes, I feel like we never got around to finishing our apartment and we have been there for about 10 years. It seems like there is always something to do. Wether its upholstering the dining set chairs or living room sofas. Or painting, its a never ending chore.
OMG I almost laughed out loud ... haahahahahahhaha the last tale of the amazing resumes killed me.

You know, it surprises me to think this but I'm not sure I've ever yet said how much I like the way your mostly white furniture pairs with the blue-grey shade of your walls. It's minimal, but not stark (and while I love stark and my own home is pretty much entirely white, I do love seeing how others reinterpret using mostly white in their homes. Your take is just masterful.)

How does that castle only have five bedrooms?? When I visit I'm staying the blue room, okay?

The fact that the photographer says it was a long exposure sort of gives him away, no? what wild animal is going to hold that pose long enough for such a crisp image?

Oh gosh, those job application stories were so good.

Your place always looks so good, so many books and amazing, unique pieces. Your dining area is the dream!!
That story about the man using the stuffed anteater in the photo contest really made my morning
